A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the results, however if your devices were already online prior to 11:30am UTC on 25/11/24 they will require a reboot to pick up the change.

Identified

We have identified an issue causing firmware updates to be downloaded more slowly than normal. We are working on a fix and hope to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
